I created The Golden Grin Award in 2025 to celebrate the amazing work of authors and illustrators of hilarious picture books.
The annual Golden Grin Award is awarded to the picture book that brings the biggest grin to a little one’s face.
The judges for 2025 were my sons’s year one primary class! I mean, who better to decide which book is funniest than the kids themselves?
